I joined in Nov'23 and currently in my leave balance, I see that there are 3 carry forward leaves from previous FY.

When I was going through the leave policy, it says, the carry over leaves must be utilised in the subsequent 12 months.

Does it mean, those 3 leaves will get lapsed after end of this year, or will it get added to the the leave balance from this year.

Growing up was rough. On my 8th birthday my dad had an accident that led to this death a few days later. He was a good man who took care of us all (I had 3 siblings now 2; lost 1 few years ago). I’m interviewing at Google’s Treasury team. The role would be as a rates analyst managing their portfolio - primarily cash and short duration fixed income products (100bn aum). TC: ~150k, not sure of breakdown.

I currently work as a quant/middle office at a very well reputed mutual fund, but this is not a market facing role. TC: 125k, but they have a very generous profit sharing plan that contributes 25% of my pay to retirement accts if I stay for 6 years, so ~160k?

Hi. I got selected as a consultant in Global business services role (SA&MA) in DI. Can someone throw some light on this practice as what it does? Will the clients be India based or overseas?

All the reimbursement and other stuff which goes to partner for approval , does partner actually sits and review all those and approves it or does he have any secretary or assistant to approve all that.

Currently 4 expenses(1 internet, 2 Cab, 1 Flight) which are awaiting partners approval and I am really concerned if he's gonna come shouting at me 😂

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?
