I got an offer from Pwc they said most they can offer 19.5L

Is it good to switch ? By the time i join i will complete 5yrs

As variable pay tenure in #EY is from July to June so if we are in notice period and my last working day is last day of August, so will i will be able to get the VPB for this year?
