I've been selected for dev 2 in Comcast the CTC offered is 12 LPA ( including variable)

Yoe - 4.4 years ( by the time i join with Comcast)

I've received a offer from a different company CTC offered is 22 LPA (including variable) + they are giving me sign in/ joining bonus.

Is there any possibilities of Comcast st will matching or countering this pay ? Because for the second company I've to move to Bangalore

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr. YoE - 15, Hands-on EM, can code, do project and people management
Tech - AWS and .NET

Also an indicative range of CTC I should ask for will be helpful. Currently I'm underpaid at 20.1L as I worked in the same company for 12 years.
