I have 2 offers:
Capgemini: 13 LPA fix, consultant
IBM: 14.2 LPA Fix + 1.4 LPA variable + 1 L joining bonus, (Deputy manager Designation, not sure what that means, band 6)

My goal:
Work life balance, enough time to study DSA.

Please guide which is better and why?

Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.

I’m in SF but nervous to officially come out to my friends even though I’m sure they all know/assume anyway. :(

How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. Is it okay to decline an offer( from a startup ) 2-3 days before the joining date?. I don't intend to do this but i am stuck in a situation where the other company is taking time.
Just wanted to know if that's okay in this corporate world
