I just got a call from a Partner in a competing a competing firm. They are interested in my skill set. I like my current firm, but am intrigued by the call from the competition. Do I have a conversation and try to get an offer or stay loyal and enjoy my current role and team? I would like more $$, but I know $$ isn’t everything!

I have offer in hand from singapore. TC is 144k(12k pm) + 24k Bonus. I am from India. I would like to understand overall work culture in Singapore. I know it will differ from org to org. But would like to understand overall picture would look like.

There are few factors i am looking for
1. Work life balance
2. Is weekend working expected.
3. Expat employment rights.
4. How friendly is the overall culture

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? I am booked on a month-long gig at a great agency and another not as good agency just reached out to book me for a three month gig. The agency I am at has said they could possibly extend me and they just put me on a TV campaign that ships mid March But haven’t definitely said they are extending me past the initial month booking.
