If anyone is planning to join o9, this post is for them to read:
1. Under developed Reference products.
2. Incompetent old employees, who are insecure.
3. o9 policies will be only applicable to you. For e.g. you will be called to office and you'll notice that except new people no one else comes to office.
4. Travel reimbursement for old employees, In case they are required to visit office.
5. Mid year bonuses for old employees.
6. If you get an insecure manager, your career 0.
7. Sub standard hikes in CTC.

Type of work, mostly statistical analysis, work culture is little toxic , mediocre hikes 6-9%, with promotion 15-18%, growth is limited as o9 currently is bloated with resources.
Mid year bonus, full WFH, travel reimbursement if come to office, promotions ... For old employees strictly
