I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".

At the beginning of the process they told me they can offer 11+ , and now without salary discussion I received offer letter and HR is not replying properly when I ask her for negotiation the reply I got is "We can't afford more than this "
Should I still negotiate with them or move on?

I have been working as BI developer (SQL+ BI Tools) for 4 years and 7 months and recently moved to a tech organization. I plan to do MBA in 2-3 years ISB/IIM(1YR)/M7/T16/etc.
