I have joined Deloitte USI last week, however, Cognizant has now released an offer letter of me offering me 2 lacs more than my CTC in Deloitte I am inclined towards joining Cognizant Fue to higher package. Yes again ceo are not above employees. The percentage increase shows how most of profits are diverted into their pockets while employees eat peanut.
Had it been normalised people would have been getting 10 lpa at 2-3 yrs exp without any switch.
Jumping frequently would gave stopped to an extent.
This will give them enough savings to beat inflation and create wealth so that they won't worry about future.
On the other hand these ceo whom 80 per cent are caught with financial fudging for own wealth creation . Later found it audits .then they are removed .affects company shares.
I still believe 1 crore is more than enough for CEO as salary.
It's the employees who are cash cows .
