Hi, how much will be in hand salary?

Just been offered a manager position (people & org consulting) at a big 4 in Qatar for 24k (QAR). Based on previous threads this seems low for the region. Especially as 9k goes towards accommodation (max unfurnished 1br) ....Have I been low balled? Or is this normal?

Though their WLB and culture seems good, I kept feeling that I am being lowballed which pushed me to give further interviews.

Received another offer for same role from another PBC for 35LPA (33 Fixed). Is it OK to ask the first company to revise the CTC (up to their best) where the DOJ is in 10 days?

I've been a dental assistant for 11 years , and I think I'm done . I feel the pay is never enough and 9/10 we do the most work in the office . It's never commensurate to what we do and no matter how much experience you have your still 3-5$ more than someone fresh out of school . CTS: pay variable pay at once a year at Feb. Any employee leaving in between has to forgo the variable pay. Give rating in Jan,feb and hike in June.
WIPRO: gives rating in April and hike in September making employees to stay if they want hike.
Infosys: esops in phased manner. Thereby increasing stay and underpaying the employee.
they give media advertisement stating quarterly promotion and double digit hike.

Still need to serve 60+days with my current employer(current CTC 9.92LPA including VP). Recently I have cleared the LNT L2 interview and got selected for HR discussion. How much can I ask as ECTC at LNT? give me some suggestions for negotiation with HR? What minimum/maximum can I expect from LNT?
