My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. We plan on having kids within the next year or two, and it’s highly u likely that she’ll be able to keep her current gig. My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. So my query is will they call me for next round?I really wanna get selected since Deloitte is mydream company

Hello Fishes , I am working in TCS for more than a year now . I started working as a Functional Consultant for ISU billing module . Recently , I have learned ABAP and will start working as a Technical as well . Hopefully I will become a Techno-Functional by the end of 2nd year in TCS . Will I be able to switch after 2 years for better pay and better projects ? Does 2 years+ experience as a Techno-functional considered good ? Will I get interview calls ?

In my morning scrum, manager told that recession is here, now i will make you all work 7 days and u can’t run any where. Either do what i say or be jobless. When will recession be over and hiring begin again like last year, i want to switch :(

In Some companies they have fixed budget but sometimes its big Joke.
Ex: if YOE is 5 & CCTC is 7LPA then they have budget of Max 10LPA.
But for same YOE with 4LPA they have change it to 7LPA for same job.
If company have budget and if candidate is talented they should hire them with best market standands. Some companies don't set any salary bar for right candidate.
If person with 3YOE have 5LPA and he have the capabilities to get 15LPA them pay candidate right.
