Unpopular opinion: I don’t understand why everyone is always freaking out about Amazon’s “PIP culture” and getting PIP’d. I’ve been here 5.5 years and literally never once even remotely been considered for a PIP and I don’t work that hard. Like, is it really that hard to just do your job better than 5% of the company?

I have a brother who doesn’t care to teach their child (my niece) our southeast Asian culture—the customs him and I grew up with, what our parents raised us around, the food, the language, etc. He married a white person and she will act like she’s interested in our culture when around us—but not enough where she seeks to learn more.
