I have to admit that I wasn't terribly impressed by the virtual Co-Lo for Digital. The exception to that, though, was David's insightful comment that leadership knows and expects that many of us are struggling to come back from the pandemic, and it's okay to ask for help and or take a leave. Digital culture, and how we are real and take care of each other, is just AMAZING. That speech alone made me so proud to be here and turned around a lot of my negative thoughts.

How does everyone here feel about preworkout? I used it for the first time yesterday and the energy kick is what I need to settle into a regular routine! I am an associate at a UMM and my employment contract has a 4 month non compete (yes, even for associates) but I am thinking of lateraling. What are the implications of breaking a non compete? I didn’t say anything when I signed because I was desperate for a PE offer but it seems so unfair as I am just a lowly associate. I am not so much worried about getting sued, but about my current employer tanking my reputation if I leave and break the non compete.

Had a cancelled FET then was put on BC. I got my period while on BC and am on day 7 changing a pad every 4 hours. Anyone experienced this? I’m thinking it’s the lining shedding from cancelled cycle

Genuinely curious: How do you justify working in PR knowing that you won’t make $100k+ for 15-20 years? I’m 3 years into my career and I have regrets about choosing this field when I look at my financial timeline.

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help.
