I use it on days where I feel low energy. I only go to the gym 3 times a week on top of martial arts so sometimes I take it once a week, sometimes twice. Definitely helps get it done. Just find one that doesn’t have horrible ingredients or even use half a scoop instead of a full scoop.

I use caffeine free legion pulse. It’s great and you don’t have to worry about getting dependent on caffeine and any other unnecessary stimulants.

Love it. Been using it for years but I taper and change strengths. I have a rotation so I don’t become super dependent on it, 3 weeks on 1 week off.
Objectively my workouts are significantly better using it than not.
Nah, long story short I don’t drink coffee for reasons. This is my only caffeine for the day

I love it. Started for the creatine but it's just easier to have pre workout rather than just creatine.

Now THIS is the kind of advice that’s super helpful for me. I’ll admit I’m short on sleep these days which I need to address :/ and dehydrated. And trying to eat better but it’s a long journey. You know I think you might’ve unlocked a very obvious situation that I wasn’t looking at the right way before 😂

Now my pre-workout routine is coffee + milk + protein scoop. Includes everything you need to power a great workout (stimulant, carbs, protein).
How far in advance do you drink this, especially if you do a morning workout?
I usually only use it for leg days, only problem I have with it is that it makes me super shakey after I’m done working out (yes I’m eating too)
Yeah the tingling was surprising the first time I used it 😂 less the shakes for me because I guess I’ve got caffeine tolerance
You get a big kick the first couple times, then it fades with regular use. So I just use it when I need a boost.

Prefer not to use as I try to keep my caffeine intake low, but definitely can help you if you need that “kick”
If I need a burst of energy, I just grab a handful of almonds / walnuts / cashews, or a couple squares of dark chocolate, and drink a glass of water. That almost always gives me the boost I need for the workout

I don’t drink soda or coffee so I do use a pre workout powder before going to the gym. I found one that’s on the lower end of caffeine content and it has been good for me. If I drink it past probably 5:30pm, I often have a hard time falling asleep.
