I work as a worker’s compensation adjuster and I cannot seem to get the hand of loss of time. Been in the same role for a year. Any piece of advise? I have made several improvements but it feels like I’m dragging it out. Last question is how do you manage claims that you have not handle for months and you’re too scared to do anything.

Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. I am done with all round of TCS even started with a negotiation round too. First call HR said we can give you 16lpa including variables. I have tried to go for a fixed 16lpa. And now she says Management only afford 12lpa. Even at the same time she says you deserve 14-15lpa fixed as per market, the mangt can only afford 12lpa. Back to back call from HR. Doc verification started what it means? They have a good budget as far as I know from consultancy.

Ex:6 BA current CTC 8.5.
