Startup 1 (250 people, 10 years) - 22 lpa fixed plus 3.3 lakhs esops, work from office

Startup 2 (15 people, 2 years) -25 lpa fixed plus esops (not sure about the exact amount but in the range of 5 lakhs), hybrid
