I am currently working at Publicis Sapient (and have been working here for 1.5 years) as a Product Manager.

I have received an offer from IBM ISL, Bangalore as a 7B Product Manager with about 33.75 L package with about 40% hike.

1. Is it worth jumping from Sapient to IBM ISL for the salary and job role?
2. How is the work life balance like ?
3. I am more of a person who gets bored if the work is not exciting. Is IBM ISL sluggish ?
4. Do they have clear KPIs for promotion and hikes ?

I just recently joined a company (a month in) and I’m realizing that I may not be a good fit. Should I, at least, give it a chance or start looking for a new role?

Anyone hear of positive things from the Siegfried Group? Their recruiters have been relentless and want me to join. The pay is good, but I’ve heard some bad things about working there.

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to.
