Hi, I am looking for some advice. My employer vocalized she is looking to move the office long term as she is unhappy with the current office space. Would it be inappropriate or overstepping for me to inform her of a property I noticed is listed for a lease at an affordable price and great location? I only worry about overstepping as I am just a paralegal and am not in anyway part of the management team

Not at all. If you’re somewhat friendly with this person. She wouldn’t have mentioned it if she already had a plan.

If she mentioned it to you, then your input is almost certainly welcome, especially highly helpful information like this.

If you found a deal let her know

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice?
