Gumtree flat shares? Look at areas further out like Golders Green - you can get a single for less than £1000. See if you can contact homeless shelters / council and what their advice is on getting help.

Best advice if you’re not sure yet is to always prioritize paying rent over paying for food. There are many charities that give out food or money for food but not nearly as many that give out rent money or housing without long waiting lists.

And I’m so so sorry 😔 I don’t even know what to say. I can’t even imagine going through that

Try to find an apartment on Booking or AirBnB as a temporary option and look for apartments/ rooms while there. I had to move out urgently before and used apartment I found on Booking for few months. It is not a cheap option though. Have you asked your friends and colleagues?

I feel like I've been lowballed, can someone explain the below breakdown please?

Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%
