Worked as senior compliance finance manager in Gulf region (UAE and Oman ) since 11years trying settle in india kindly advice for and suitable position.

I’m regularly told that they’re exceeding expectations but then they get reviews that say they’re meeting expectations on a team full of people that do way less than they do? I’ve actually been told that if there was something between meets and exceeds…I’d get that…but there not, so I get the same average performer raise, recognition, etc.

Is this normal? And is THIS what is triggering the quiet quitting movement? Let me know.
