I am finally going to see a therapist for my depression and suicidal thoughts. Alot of bad things happened to me the past 2 years and I just can't handle it anymore. Just wanted to get it off my chest.

My anxiety has been at bay after changing my job and just feeling like I HAVE control over my life. But now it's back because I feel like I'm behind in other aspects of my life (I.e dating). I have so many friends getting engaged and I just feel... anxious since I am SO single. I'm 27, and I know I'm at that age where people do but it just sucks. How do you count years of experience? Lets say you were a web master for 5 years. Then you transitioned into a proper UX role and did that for 5 years. Is that 10 years of experience or 5?
