Hi I currently work in a team and on my previous projects I’ve always been independently working. I feel like there’s so much to learn from experienced people in terms of ways they approach tasks, how they code, best practises, pair programming etc and I am currently on a team that has that great learning opportunity. Even as a senior I want to be learning from others technically. I want to leave my job but when going into a senior type role I wonder if I’d even get that opportunity still.
