Hi, I gave Infosys technical and managerial round on 8th feb for lateral entry, had HR round on 12th feb. My status is "applicationStatus": "DNH Check - Institute & University" on 27th feb. How much time will Infosys take to release offer letter? Anyone have any idea? Please let me know

I have 3 decision pending in green and 1 in orange, also new application is created and job location is changed

If you had your HR discussion then check with HR if she has released the offer to Offer Team. Once release to offer Team it will take 2 weeks to reach your inbox at max

i bro, whats happened after that i am also having same application status

I am also in the same boat,it's been 2 months status is decision pending,no response from HR.

How hard the second round compared to first round?

Does Natwest bank pay as competitive as Morgan Stanley Deutsche Bank. I mean Associate in MS and DB ranges from 20 to 30 lakh. However when I tried applying to Natwest expecting 40% hike (30 lpa) on current pay of 21 lakh. They straightway rejected me and said its not in their budget. Is there any financial firm which can pay as competitive to Mumbai banks. Barclays Deutsche Bank Natwest group BlackRock

When does Natwest initiate employee onboarding after background verification?

Does it happen in the last week before joining?

For any real estate investors

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get into/learn more about real estate investing? Or how I can have enough knowledge on the topic to be able to invest wisely when the time comes?

Any books? youtubers? etc. How did you all learn about it?

Can anyone help me wrap my head around this post Series C start-up equity offer? It’s an IP director position, the the base is $170 with 10% bonus (both lower than I was expecting). There’s also an equity component: 0.15% of current fully diluted equity. This equates to about 30000 shares at a strike price of $2. They also indicate the preferred stock price is $6 and preferred stock equity is $188k (whatever that means). They are in the middle of a new financing and valuation round.

LinkedIn is a garbage app where I can’t even post my opinion or experience because it will go against the mainstream ideologies. If I even “like” a post then I worry that my peers and managers see what I like and suddenly I need inclusivity training. What a load of shit! You can’t be who you truly are on that app. Which is why I like fishbowl so much, the anonymity is a game changer. If LinkedIn was a anonymous, we’d see a lot more support for Kanye and a lot less LGBQT material. Bet!
