I got an offer from Accenture for Bangalore location but I'm from Pune and I need Pune location. I'm constantly checking with my HR if the location can be changed but he says the location change request has been rejected and he will check for Pune projects according to my skill. I'm not sure if he will try to find any. What are the chances of them changing the location? P.S. my skill is Oracle Integration Cloud.

Anyone deal with this before: I inherited a severely under developed team including a sr analyst who clearly was doing the bare minimum, if that. Over the last 6 months I have had to coach him and correct simple mistakes in his work and recently it got so bad that I told him he would receive a low rating in his evaluation.
