Hi,

I got an offer from Socgen and they haven't mentioned any Variable Pay during offer discussion. Fixed CTC is discussed. When I have asked they told that Variable Pay or Bonus will be there and depends on performance and rating. But they can't mention any Variable Pay in the offer letter.

Can someone please suggest if it's the current process now in Socgen or I will not get any Variable Pay as it will not be mentioned in offer letter?

Please help.

I have two offers for Product Manager, one from SHL and other one from Pepperfry.

Pepperfry salary is 1.5 lacs less than SHL. However salary is secondary
