I got an offer with a 1 year of experience in GenAI developer role. The team is D&A. I have a better offer from a local company and for EY I'll have to relocate and the compensation is not alot. What is a decent compensation from EY at 1 YOE for GenAI?
So I wanted to know:
1. Does the brand name being a consulting firm adds any value in for engineering roles ?
2. How is the quality of AI projects and learning in the team?
3. How is the Job security and WLB?

I think the Matrix is broken, I just had a déjà vu.
