Hi,
I got call from BMS HR and she scheduled 2 interviews last month. HR called after one month told I cleared second round she needs some docs before HR interview. I have shared all the docs and it's been 10 days since then but I didn't hear back from her. I have followed up thrice with no luck. Can anybody tell me is this indirect rejection or is it normal in BMS?

Yeah seems hiring freeze. But when I keep on following up multiple times, HR responded asking for free slot for HR interview. After that they are not responding

Second round is in depth tech round. After so many followups I had HR interview after a month. Even after that it's been around 3 weeks but still I didn't get offer letter
