Current CTC : 20L (Fixed)

Offer : Senior Full stack developer
Base Pay : 24-25L
Bonus 10%
RSU : 8K USD units each for 3 years. 25K USD units

Joining Bonus - Not shared ( Is that missing here or all employees will get as part of other benefits)

Can someone comment on this ? Give advice. Will they aggree on renegotiate ?
I'm not sure how much is standard in autodesk.

Will they continue RSU after third year ? or my ctc will get reduce ?

They said me budget of 26-30 nd 50000$ rsu but I already having offer of 35.5 ctc they wasted my 10 days quite frustrating for me rsus is only vested for 3 years that is one time u ll get performance stock according to performance but this is one time for 3 years that’s company move to stick a guy minimum for 3 years

They don’t listen ur other offers much because they had hand on rsus so don’t think they ll increase they have fixed budget so not giving more base pay

I was too interviewed at autodesk cleared all round still not been offered as they need more handson on data structure job requirements is like devops role nd looking for devops + full stack developer handson from one guy wtf is this my interview went well all 3 round hiring manager is fucking dumb asking data structure scenario code to devops engineer still I answered all system design questions but can’t able to solve the code because of 1 code they didn’t choose me I talked to hr today I asked for review of 4 pannel he said ur review were good but we need more handson on automation part so we r interviewing others too for now don’t rely on autodesk offer 😓
