I think I know the answer, but want to hear others’ opinions before giving up on the dream. I’m currently at $120k base with 6 yoe. Is there any chance I can get close to that as a fed in the IC? Or am I just looking at a GS11 step 1 that’ll hurt pretty bad? Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package.
