It's so hard not to blow through an entire bag of chips or a pint of ice cream. But my alcohol consumption is probably the most unhealthy habit I have. I don't drink as much as most others I know, but it's still just a bunch of empty calories.

Stressed out or underslept for 2+ days running? I will buy something cute for the house.

Also, unless I’ve planned meals for the week, breakfast is the first available/most delicious thing in the house. Half a pint of ice cream? Is that SOOOOO different from cereal? Leftover curry? Same same. Pizza and bbq sauce? “A calorie is a calorie” smdh 😂

Is it normal to feel like I’m going to black out when standing up? Anyone know the difference between a hike and an outdoor walk on an Apple Watch/fitness? I have a loop in my neighborhood I’ll walk that gives me a 800ft elevation gain so in that regard it’s more like a hike, but it’s also on a flat dirt road so that part is more like a walk. I’m guessing hiking is expecting more uneven terrain that requires additional stabilizers/muscle. Thoughts?
