Recommendations for luggage and totes for work travel? I'm a litigator starting at new firm and anticipating some work travel (mostly remote job but will travel to other firm offices, and for client meetings, and to court). I have roller carry-ons I'm happy with. But I'm trying to figure out what to invest in as a second piece--something useful for travel that could also double as the work bag once at the destination. And should I only focus on black or are other neutrals ok?

Is it normal to feel like I’m going to black out when standing up? My heart rate sits pretty low and I’ve had a couple instances where I legitimately had to put my hand against a wall because I thought I’d fall over. I drink a lot of water so I don’t think I’m dehydrated. I’m 5’9’’ and 129 lbs so not skinny either. Just wanted to know if other people get that a lot.

I’ve always had skinny, weak arms, to the point that I feel self-conscious wearing short-sleeves shirts. Looking for advice on exercises I can do at home for this. I’ve tried pushups but can barely do them the right way, and when I try my back starts to hurt probably due to bad form.
Mental Health Wellness Q. I was clinically depressed 6-10 years ago and have a hard time pushing myself to be ambitious, and was recently given some bad news. For some reason, anger and revenge (in the Michael Jordan taking offense kinda way) is what pushes me. Adopting this mindset lights a huge fire in me and definitely helps me avoid feeling bad/depressed. Anyone else feel this way? Is this normal thinking?

42 yr old male at 12% BF at 161 lbs 5 ft 11.
Seems like it's nearly impossible to get down to 10% BF without losing muscle mass. I'm thinking about taking TrT or HgH for a few months to see if my body will change.

I started tracking my calorie intake and regular workout from 5/3. I have dropped 5 pounds in 2 weeks (196 to 191). Is this a lot and should I increase my calorie intake a bit?

Anyone know the difference between a hike and an outdoor walk on an Apple Watch/fitness? I have a loop in my neighborhood I’ll walk that gives me a 800ft elevation gain so in that regard it’s more like a hike, but it’s also on a flat dirt road so that part is more like a walk. I’m guessing hiking is expecting more uneven terrain that requires additional stabilizers/muscle. Thoughts?
