Context: I bought my 3BHK in Sector-89 @30L. In last 1.5 years it has fetched me a valuation of ₹42-46L, so a 50% growth. With almost no new affordable coming up in new Gurgaon and Expressway about to be launched, now would be the best time to invest.
You’re already late as the Haryana Govt increased base rate by 20% earlier this year. So a 3BHK that was earlier auctioned on TCP site for 28-30L will now cost 36L(officially).
