Actually i have been interviewed in Accenture .
Everything has been done even salary discussion is also .
1-assessment and i got the completion message and confirmation
2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.

How long does HCL take to release the offer?

I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.

Your thoughts on this, TIA

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. I am AWS cloud architect with 10yoe. For just 10 days difference they are stopping my offer even when I can join immediately in a week.. Please help in this situation what to do

I work at a ‘free market’ firm and have developed a very good reputation among partners. Naturally, they are drowning me in work. Each time a new case comes up, the partner will email asking if I have “time and interest” in helping. When I’m at capacity, I take these words at face value and explain why I can’t do it, and that seems to work out ok with no hard feelings. But what’s the “interest” thing? If I don’t want to work on a toxic tort case, do I just say that and pass?

Hi, what’s the premium processing cost for I-140? I have more than 2 years left on my H1 so PwC is not filing for my premium processing but said I could pay for it out of pocket. Everywhere online I see the cost of premium processing as 2500$ however PwC asked me to pay for 3500$. Could this include any additional charge? Does anybody have any insights? Thanks

In the beginning of my career I absconded 1 company who had 3 years bond and I worked there for 5 months. My pf account is created for that company and it has been closed with reason cessation (short service). After that I worked in 1 company for 6 years and since January I'm working in TCS. While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
