Our district is in short supply and we recently found out a player (players) on one of our athletic teams, along with a coach (coaches) has tested positive for Covid, OR been exposed. So as we were the first to get hit with COVID in NY, we are seeing declines in numbers now. Travelers are cut short of their contract, our hours are getting cut, and staffs are laid off.
