I have completed my 3rd round of interview on sep5th 2025 and last week on 27th I got mail stating that

"I got selected and for further round(HR), we are awaiting a few business confirmations and internal approvals necessary to move ahead."

I am working as Java Backend Developer having 3.4 YOE.

can anyone please tell me how long the process will take atleast to get offer, as I am about to get other offers in between but wanted to go Deloitte only. Please help me what should I do

I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!
I also applied to some of the roles using friend’s referral. I have more than 15 years in IT infrastructure mainly in Storage systems (EMC, Hitachi) What could be the problem? Thanks.

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?
