Hi, I have completed my final round interview at Accenture on last Thursday, interviewer asked me that I have already passed skill interview. But in workday status is showing as interview yet. What does this means?

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?
