I have completed my MR and HR Round on nov 8th.Digi verification on 10th nov and got an email regarding application update for bgv on jan 5th and now my status of the application is empty. Can any one please tell me how many days it will take to get the offer letter. Tried to contact HR as well no response in both call and email. Anyone who recently got the offer please help me out.

Fellow enterprise tech sales fish, I’m interested to hear your perspective. I’ve been in a rut lately and seriously considering leaving sales. I think it’s primarily fueled by one thing:
After a 6 mo cycle I closed a large deal (4x the average deal size) prior to receiving delayed 2022 comp plans. The deal counts as a 2022 deal. On last years comp plan it would’ve paid out at 10%. This year it pays out at a measly 4%.

How do you/have you navigated your way through and out of these situations?

If a sales position says it’s 60% base, 40% commission is that good? Or a red flag?

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. I am AWS cloud architect with 10yoe. For just 10 days difference they are stopping my offer even when I can join immediately in a week.. Please help in this situation what to do
