Hi I have offer from EPAM Systems for around 28LPA + 2 JB. But I don't know anything about the project there.

I have other offers from different companies (all service based) as well around the same some even higher range and there I know the project very well but they are not as big as EPAM.

My joining is around 1st week of FEB.

Any suggestions here? Heard a lot about short term projects and tough client interviews in EPAM. Is that still holds true

I applied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the “WAF” and “Advanced Migration”. I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or screening interview!
I also applied to some of the roles using friend’s referral. I have more than 15 years in IT infrastructure mainly in Storage systems (EMC, Hitachi) What could be the problem? Thanks.

Hi! I have an offer internally within my current org for a level above my current paygrade and they are pushing me to sign the offer. I’m actually waiting to hear back from FAANG(might take 2 weeks from here on). I’m really confused on how I could keep my current internal offer in the loop while I wait for my faang interview results? I don’t want to sign up internally and then later if faang works out I would have to say no to these internal folks..
