Hi good people ,I gave 1st round of interview for a data engineer role last Friday.Interview duration was of 1 hr. I think the interview went good but I haven't received any feedback from them.I called hr and she said it will take time.How long is interview process at gsk? How many rounds of interview round more can I expect?

I absconded from my first company after 11 months but later updated my exit date. Recently, I received an offer from LTIMindtree based on my 3 years of experience. But, since LTIMindtree conducts BGV using UAN, my absconding company was showing there. I had not mentioned that experience in my CV, but I later explained the reason and requested them not to conduct BGV for that specific company. They agreed, but to be on the safer side, I declined the offer and joined MEDs instead.
Someone can also suggest how I can handle this situation in the future when applying to MNCs and how I get a relieving letter from my first company, as they had withheld a few months salary also before I absconded and also sent multiple emails to Director and manager that I am ready to buyout notice period, but they are not agree.
Sadly this is something that follows u, try and try again settling with previous company.
If a uan check is done this will always flag. Join start-up or check for companies which don't ask uan,tons of them exist. Or after 6-7 years no one would really bother
One other good hack is avoid joining an mnc for a few years and continue with start-ups etc.

This sucks as some forms today check uan history. Try finding out if firms you are applying for checks uan
Yes thank you. Most of the WITCH companies do check uan but seems like the HRs do consider if we can justify the reason before onboarding. Two of my friends got into Capgemini recently with the same situation.

In Deloitte, HR said that they will do bgv check on last 2 companies only. Is it correct , can anyone confirm it?
