I have two offers with 9 YOE into Infrastructure Management/Middleware.

Offer 1:22L (15% Var) - Infosys

Offer 2: 26L(fixed) +1.5L Var - Cognizant

Please advise which one to choose. I'm worried about WLB and projects in future.

How and what to look at. I'm looking for atleast 2/3 yrs commitment.

H1B visa stamped.

While applying for visa my company quoted 80K as compensation. Now they want to reduce it to 75K.

Hi Fishes!! I have got an offer from Infosys for Gurgaon Location. Mostly everyone knows Infosys is not present in NCR location. Although, my offer letter mentions I will be working remotely and no need to come to office. Is there anyone else who is in the same situation, i.e from Gurgaon Location.
