Hi I just got an offer from Tiger Analytics for the Senior Analyst - Data Science role (2 YOE). I wanted to know, how is the work culture there right now, especially in their Data Science practice? Also how many days per week do you guys at Tiger have to WFO? They really haven't mentioned any particular number in the offer letter.

How does WLB/hours change as you progress within McKinsey(BA->EM->AP)? In other words, do you work less hours at McKinsey when you become more senior?
