There is no timeline, when they'll release,
It all depends on hr.
In some cases they'll release in 1-2 weeks in some cases they'll take months.

If you accept the compensation they offered then it should be quick. In case of any negotiation, they may need to take additional approvals which will take time. If they can't meet the expectations then you will be notified

When do I begin adjusting? It’s been 4 months. I joined as an associate and I feel like sometimes my work is sloppy or I’m overwhelmed.
