My band is E2 and designation is Lead Consultant.

Is the Lead Consultant role equivalent to a Senior Consultant or more like a Team Lead

Under which category does Lead Consultant officially fall — Senior Consultant level or Team Lead level?

What is the next position after Lead Consultant in the career hierarchy (Team Lead / Project Manager / Manager)

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?
