Hi! I need some advice from the strategists of this bowl. Since I got my work permit last year I’ve been facing an issue that I have too much experience to be a junior (5+ years working in strategy in Brazil), but not enough experience (because I don’t have experience in the US market) to be a senior. I'm new to marketing and I am not formally educated in it. I have just been learning through experience with the business. I'm supposed to put together a Market report for our sales team to refer to but I have been stuck on what I even include. I have an expensive subscription to a reporting database and I am supposed to translate these technical reports into 20-30 slides. I’m a senior planner leading one brand and there’s a new strategist on the team working on a sister brand. They’ve been asking for every strategy deck I’ve made on that brand as an example to go by to inform the thinking/flow on the sister brand. Also because I mentioned it went well with client when they ask.
