Hi. I recently interviewed with SaT/Parthenon for a VP position. The negotiations are pretty intense and the HR is not ready to budge. The biggest issue is joining bonus (they are not ready to consider it for covering my loss of bonus at the current organization). Is paying a joining bonus not a standard practice here?

Also, what fixed compensation will you say is a good one to join as a VP at India SaT/Parthenon?

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.
