I recently joined HCL on Feb 2026 and I was hired directly for a new project which came to HCL, but today I received a mail stating that I am released from that project and the last date in this project is not yet confirmed.

Technology is Mainframe, Band is E1/E1.2, Package - 12.6 LPA, total years of experience is 6.8 years but relevant is 5.2 years and this 5.2 years only accepted in HCL Side due to PF.

Could you please what is the bench period policy in HCL? Is this normal is HCL?

My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

I have 12 yrs of experience and tech stack is test automation with selenium.
I have experienced that none of the organization is going beyond 33-35 LPA including 5-10% variable.
Is it like a ceiling in the delhi/ncr region for my profile ?
I have seen even 5 yrs experienced people getting 30 lpa but to senior members having 12-18 years exp , companies are not going beyond 35-40 LPA.
Can you pls throw some light on this. What should be the salary expectations at this much experience.
