Hi, I spoke to 2 guys working in dubai for 8+ yrs. They said companies rarely take candidate from india. As there r so many local candidates available at lower salary. Many are jobless. They always prefer local candidates for cost cutting. Very tough to get job from india. Is it true ?

I have received an offer as Associate Data Engineer L2 at Publicis Sapient Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 8 months of experience. The CTC provided is 16. On other Hand got the same CTC from Neudesic an IBM Company and its WFH ( Remote Completely ). The Third Offer is from PubMatic where CTC is 22.70 ( Including stocks, and variables ) for the Gurgaon location. Please help me out with what basis I should choose among these.
