Hi, I was graduated in May2023 and I have 4 kids and I wanted to spend quality time with my kids amd studying for my board exam. Now I have been searching for the job from the last 4 months but could not find a job. Is there any suggestion?

Any working mothers in here who loves the company they’re working for? I am thinking about switching firms and need some honest thoughts on companies that doesn’t only say, but actually practice flexibility for work life balance and offers good $$$.

I am a high performer at my current firm but they started questioning working arrangements of folks based on the new members who are huge in-office folks, fast turnover within the team, etc. This wasn’t an issue when I first joined.
