I went to school in the PNW (Portland Oregon) and relocated to CA not too long after graduating. Some questions for you, what interested you in radiation therapy? Do you have any wise words for any new grads or potential RTT students?

Sometimes, I think doctors are really experts at "do as I say, not as I do". We often advise those around us to take care of themselves, but we don't do the same.

I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. Hey all, I’ve recently joined EY consulting from another Big 4 and have noticed there’s no discipline (at least in my team) around codes and charging time. People either charge a standard 7 hrs or some will charge time spent on internal activities to their client code.

I was told that “the last person to charge their actual hours worked was promptly booted off the project”.
Just wondering:
1) Is this a general cultural point accross all Consulting teams? Will challengin this get me in trouble?
