Last ADHD evaluation was during my adult life but too long ago. I never accepted Adderrall but now realize that I should try it. I knew people were abusing it but I didnt realize how hard the abusers

I see a lot of people who have crippling anxiety here work out to feel better. My crippling anxiety kind of paralysis my legs (or at least feels like it to the point that I can’t even walk). Does anyone have similar symptoms and solution for it?
I am in therapy right now but just wanted to hear from someone who is also going through it

Does anyone here suffer from bipolar disorder? How do you manage it and working in law? I see a therapist, and a psychiatrist, and am on medication, but I still have days where I wake up and I’m so depressed I can’t move. I’m working on remedying this with my doctors, but how does one approach mental health issues with their employer? I never felt the need to until I realized how much being bipolar can affect my ability to work.

So, the CDC removed the Covid guidelines. I’ve never had Covid. I’m afraid people will come into work not wearing a mask and be inconsiderate… ughhh so distracting and disgusting. I’m also at risk to develop complications. Not sure if I should talk to HR. Not even sure if I should ask for accommodations to continue being able to wfh at least most days of the week to reduce risk. Idkkkk 😩This is so unprecedented. I always wear my mask at work. I’m getting pressured to attend firm events as well

One of my residents suggested I start running to the hospital every day to squeeze in some exercise, and I have truly never felt better.

GHIP or PPO for a relatively young and healthy person but have monthly charges for several medications, have to see doc every 3 months for basic checkups, and have bloodwork/labs done once or twice a year? All in network and single no kids.

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

Going through a miscarriage at the moment. Was 5 weeks-ish in and did three days of HIIT workout and here I am. I’m young so not that sad but I just hope I don’t have to get the D&C surgery. :(

I didn't apply for a job that would have set me up for the future in the government. I wouldn't have to worry about money or future jobs. My boss had just given me a small pay rise and talked up the future and so I felt good. I now severely regret not applying for the job and cannot stop thinking about it to the point of insomnia and depression. I even contacted the employer but too late. It's a small town and rarely anything comes up. I hate myself and feel like I failed my family. :(

Which practice group (m&a, capital markets, or funds) would be best for someone who genuinely doesn’t care about this job/law but wants to stay in biglaw (NYC) as long as possible? HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

I hope everyone is well. A little on my background I’ve been an RTT for about 6 years. I have worked for some incredible employers and not so incredible employers. I went to school in the PNW (Portland Oregon) and relocated to CA not too long after graduating. Some questions for you, what interested you in radiation therapy? Do you have any wise words for any new grads or potential RTT students?

Do you feel your company finds ways to help prevent burnout or caregiver/compassion fatigue? If the do what do they do to support you? If they don’t what ideas do you think would help support you and your colleagues?
