I was looking to shift from my current role at PwC India and saw an opening for Deloitte Strategy in roles for Business Strategy. Was wondering if anyone can provide a referral for the same.

If you are a direct promote to the post-MBA level, do you get the same exit opps + comp as the MBA hires?

I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

When you receive multiple offers. Will you accept offer and then send email that you are not going to join that firm. Or when you receive the offer then only you will reject it by saying you have better role in other company and will not be joining you.

Please suggest which one to choose between TCS & LTI Infotech. I am mainframe developer with 6+ years of exp. LTI Infotech is offering me 6L more than TCS, variable pay is almost same.
I tried to negotiate with TCS with the counter offer, but they are not agree to reconsider.
I have a kid , so I am looking for good work-life balance, comfort zone, job security and not planning to change the organization in future.
