6 months per job is a terrible idea. You'll likely have stayed too short of a time to make any significant impacts. Plus, you'll just look fickle and lost in terms of career goals
Its definetely recommended. Most high performers I run across change every 6 months, best ones more like every 2-4 months
I personally only accept offers and then move on to the next opportunity before my start date
Absolutely not
I like to change jobs every few days personally.
The first thing that comes to my mind when I see a resume like this is why can't this person keep the job for more than 6 month? Even a job every year sounds quite negative for me. My thought is that if you are good at what you are doing, your company will do everything in its power to keep you. Frequent jump sounds either you are letting go often.
If it's just once, that's fine. But if it's frequent, you will be asked why and you better have some convincing reason.
P1, I disagree, I see the highest performers ( think the best of the best) move on a monthly basis, so op yearly moves put you at a certain disadvantage when comparing yourself to the best
Plot twist: I don’t work at all - I keep interviewing all the time.
No.
P1 I hope you are being sarcastic. If you are keep I mind that not everyone reading your post will pick up the sarcasm
Jokes right?
Is this a fucking joke?
^ this guy, ha 😂
It's okay once if you can pump up what you make..
I had a 6 month contract job, should I specify that it was Contract on my resume/LinkedIn?
